Thank you for choosing Inkas Adventures for your next trip to Peru. Please read carefully the information in this page which contains the terms and conditions for the purchase of our tours:

OUR TOURS:

• Inkas Adventures offers you all type of tours, for all level and skills. We offer mainly mountain bike tours.
• Our mountain bike tours are defined on our web page inkasadventures.com
• We also offer custom trips organized according to our clients preferences, skills and availability of time.
• Our official communication to confirm any tour package, is through our company email: info@inkasadventures.com or wayo@inkasadventures.com.
• The final confirmation of the itinerary, add-ons, modifications and price will be confirmed on a final email of confirmation.
• A tour will be confirmed with only 2 riders.

PAYMENT:

• Once the tour is confirmed with all the add-ons, modifications, and price, we will send the final confirmation email, and attached a payment link for the 10% of the tour price. This amount is non-refundable.
• 45 days prior the start of the tour, we will send the second payment link to pay for the rest of the tour.
• We will confirm payment once the money is in our account.

CANCELLATION & RE-PROGRAM:

• For any cancellation or re-program of a tour, the client must reply the confirmation email, up to 15 days prior the start of the tour, asking for a re-program or the cancellation of the tour.
• We will not charge any commission or fee if the client re-program the tour for a different date. There can be charges for inflation and economic volatility.
• In case the client or Inkas Adventures can’t confirm a new date for the tour, we will have to proceed with the cancellation of the tour.
• For a cancellation of a tour, we will refund the second payment according to the following table:
